FLAGS BEING PRESENTED TO FAMILY MEMBERS UNDER REF A.  MILPERSMAN 
ARTICLE 1770-275, WHICH DELINEATES POLICY AND ELIGIBLE FAMILY MEMBERS, 
WILL BE PUBLISHED THIS MONTH.
2.  REF A IDENTIFIES THE FOLLOWING AUTHORIZED RECIPIENTS OF THE BURIAL 
FLAG:
    A.  PERSON AUTHORIZED TO DIRECT DISPOSITION (PADD).
    B.  SURVIVING SPOUSE (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THE SURVIVING 
SPOUSE REMARRIES AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DEATH).
    C.  EACH CHILD OF THE DECEDENT.
    D.  PARENT OR PARENTS.
3.  ALL COMMANDS WILL ENSURE SAILORS REVIEW AND UPDATE THEIR RECORD OF
EMERGENCY DATA (NAVPERS 1070/602) AS CHANGES OCCUR.
