OCT 05.  THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR ELIGIBLE OFFICERS WITH A
MASTER'S DEGREE OR WHO ARE SCHEDULED TO COMPLETE THE REQUIREMENTS
FOR A MASTER'S DEGREE IN TIME TO FILL AN AVAILABLE QUOTA AND MEET
THE CRITERIA SET FORTH IN OPNAVINST 1520.23B.
