RMKS/1.  This NAVADMIN announces the Senate confirmed nomination of officers 
for promotion to the grade of reserve/full time support captain line and 
staff corps in the U.S. Navy on 23 June 2015.

2.  Frocking of officers is not authorized without specific approval from the 
Chief of Naval Personnel.  Individual requests for frocking of officers 
should be submitted per reference (a).
