INCREASED MORALE, EFFICIENCY, AND ECONOMIC USE OF RESOURCES THROUGH 
SAFETY.  THE WINNER IN EACH CATEGORY WILL RECEIVE A PLAQUE AND A CNO 
CITATION.  CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL WINNERS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
