RMKS/1.  This NAVADMIN announces the continuation of authority granted in 
references (a) through (f) and provides continuation of references (g) 
through (l) for FY-16.  For FY-16, references (a) through (l) remain 
unchanged.

2.  Submission for FY-16 special pays may begin upon release of this NAVADMIN 
per reference (f).

3.  Medical Corps, Dental Corps, multi-year special pay and incentive special 
pay requests must be routed through the privileging authority for 
endorsement, or the command endorsement must have a statement indicating the 
privileging authority has reviewed the request.

4.  Specific special pays implementation guidance, administrative procedures 
and Bureau of Medicine and Surgery special pays point of contact information 
is available at http://www.med.navy.mil/bumed/special_pay/pages/default.aspx.  
All personnel eligible for medical department officer special pays are 
strongly encouraged to review their corps specific guidance located at the 
aforementioned link.

5.  This message will remain in effect until superseded or canceled, 
whichever occurs first.
