PERSONNEL ALREADY UNDER PERMANENT CHANGE OF STATION ORDERS, WITH AN APPROVED CONVERSION PACKAGE, OR WITH AN APPROVED SELECTIVE REENLISTMENT BONUS PRE-CERTIFICATION, EFFECTIVE THE DATE OF THIS NAVADMIN, ARE NOT AFFECTED. 3.
