RMKS/1.  Per reference (a), the Navy annually recognizes commands engaged in 
exemplary voluntary community service activities that promote academics, life 
skills and civic education for youth.

2.  For the 2017 Personal Excellence Partnership Flagship awards competition,

small, medium and large sea categories; and small, medium and large overseas 
categories.
