This NAVADMIN announces the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Permanent Military Professor (PMP) selection board for officers matriculating at graduate school in August 2024. The FY-24 PMP selection board may select up to a total of 12 PMPs for assignment to the United States Naval Academy or Naval Postgraduate School. 2. Reference (a) provides specific application and eligibility guidance. Applications are due to the Out-Service Education Placement and Special Fellowships Division (PERS-443) no later than 30 May 2023.
