PROVIDE ADVANCEMENT AND CONVERSION OPPORTUNITY INFORMATION TO THE
FLEET. TO PROVIDE A MORE TIMELY AND RELIABLE METHOD OF
DISTRIBUTING THIS INFORMATION, CREO DATA SPREADSHEETS ARE
ACCESSIBLE AT THE NPC PERFORM TO SERVE WEBPAGE
WWW.NPC.NAVY.MIL/CAREERINFO/PERFORMTOSERVE.
3. CREO AND NAVY ENLISTED CLASSIFICATIONS (NEC) ARE PROVIDED IN A
NEW ALL SOURCE CAREER COUNSELOR TOOL CALLED THE CAREER OPPORTUNITY
MATRIX (CARMAT). THE CARMAT IS ACCESSIBLE AT THE PERFORM TO SERVE
WEBPAGE, AS WELL AS AT THE CMC AND CAREER COUNSELOR'S CORNER
WEBPAGE WWW.NPC.NAVY.MIL/CAREERINFO/CMC_CCC, AND CONTAINS THE
FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
A. CONVERSION OPPORTUNITY INFORMATION BY RATING, PAYGRADE,
AND YEAR GROUP;
B. ENLISTED COMMUNITY MANAGER CONVERSION NOTES;
C. CURRENT CREO DATA (BOTH PAYGRADE AND ZONE);
D. RATING ENTRY FOR GENERAL APPRENTICES (REGA) INFORMATION;
E. PERFORM TO SERVE (PTS) QUOTAS AND HELPDESK CONTACT
INFORMATION;
F. CRITICAL NEC INFORMATION BY RATING AND BRANCH CLASS
(USN, FTS, AND SELRES); AND
G. COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT CONTACT INFORMATION.

5. CREO POLICY CHANGE. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, CREO LEVELS WILL BE
SET QUARTERLY.
6. COMMAND ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM (CAP). COMMANDS SHOULD USE THE CREO
LEVELS IN EFFECT ON THE DATE OF THE CAP DECISION.
