This NAVADMIN announces the Academic Year (AY) 2025-2026 Secretary of the Navy Tours with Industry (SNTWI) program for Enlisted Sailors, in line with reference (a). This program is a unique and non-traditional opportunity for exceptional Active Component and Training and Administration of the Reserves (TAR) Sailors (E6 to E9) to work with partnering corporations. Selected Reservist Sailors are not eligible for this program. SNTWI fellows are included and immersed in industry to learn and observe corporate processes and best practices. Sailors selected for this program should not have their career progression negatively impacted by this unique opportunity. Knowledge gained as a SNTWI fellows will assist in bringing innovative ideas and proven practices back to the Navy. In the past, fellows were assigned to Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, Tesla, Deloitte, Verizon, FedEx, Morgan Stanley, Space X, and Lockheed Martin. 2. Applicants shall submit application packages to SNTWI Coordinator no later than 19 March 2025. Eligibility will be based solely on individual community needs, demands, and desired learning objectives. The SNTWI application package shall consist of Secretary of the Navy Tours with Industry Program Application (NAVPERS 1330/4), command and detailer endorsement, military biography, resume, and learning objectives. No more than 10 Sailors will be selected for the special program opportunity. Sailors selected for the program will be notified and matched with a corporation by 15 April 2025. For application documents contact SNTWI Coordinator. 3. Eligibility. Active duty and TAR sailors E6-E9. Applicants must be high performing and within physical readiness standards. Applicants must be eligible to transfer in August 2025. Sailors in receipt of orders, or within three years of their projected separation date, are not eligible. 4. Service Obligation. SNTWI assignments are normally 10 to 12 months. Sailors selected for this opportunity shall incur a service obligation that is three times the number of months in the SNTWI program(i.e., 30-36 Months). 5.
