SELECTION TO PMP WILL BE MADE BY AN INSTITUTIONAL SCREENING BOARD, CHAIRED
BY THE SUPERINTENDENT, UNITED STATES NAVAL ACADEMY (USNA), WHICH WILL SELECT
FROM QUALIFIED OFFICERS WHO SUBMIT COMPLETED APPLICATIONS.
