RMKS/1.  This NAVADMIN solicits nominations for the annual Association of Old 
Crows (AOC) Outstanding Navy Unit Award.  The AOC awards one Navy unit from 
each of three categories (air/sea/shore) that have shown significant 
contributions in Electronic Warfare and Information Warfare/Cyber Warfare.

2.  Nomination packages should outline specific contributions and shall
include:  a nomination letter (typed (no longer than one page front and back) 
with point of contact (POC) to be notified if selected), proposed citation 
(no more than 35 words), and all applicable endorsements.  Classified 
supplements may also be submitted via GENSER email.

3.  Email nominations, via Echelon II command, to Office of the Chief of 
Naval Operations (OPNAV) POC NLT COB Friday, 23 July 2021.  Echelon II 
commands may submit a total of three nominations (no more than one per award 
category).
