RMKS/1.  This NAVADMIN announces reporting requirements for authorized or 
ordered departures due to COVID-19 as authorized in references (a) through 
(e).  These reporting requirements will also apply to any future COVID-19 
related authorized or ordered departures.

2.  Regular Reporting.  For Continental U.S. (CONUS) commands, ensure your 
points of contact (POC) submit accurate and timely authorized/ordered 
departure daily reports to United States Fleet Forces Command, with an 
information copy to the local installation commander, for consolidation and 
subsequent reporting to the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV).  
For Outside Continental U.S. (OCONUS) commands, ensure your POCs submit 
accurate and timely authorized/ordered departure daily reports to the Navy 
Component Command/echelon II command, with an information copy to the local 
installation commander, for consolidation and subsequent reporting to OPNAV.  
These daily reports (CONUS and OCONUS) shall be submitted at the same time as 
COVID-19 daily reports directed in reference (c).  An individual should be 
reported as departed on the day they physically depart to return to their 
designated safe haven.

3.  COVID-19 authorized/ordered departure daily reports.  Report number of 
Navy Service Member eligible family members departed, number of Navy civilian 
employees departed and number of Navy civilian accompanying eligible family 
members departed.
