RMKS/1. This NAVADMIN announces the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Navy Strategic
Education Alignment (SEA) Plan.
2. The Naval Education Enterprise (NEE) supports the National Defense and
Navy Strategies by developing Navy leaders who understand the art and science
of warfare and can lead in a dynamic strategic environments.
To this end, the FY-22 SEA Plan provides over 1,400 opportunities for degree
and non-degree programs. These educational opportunities provide our leaders
the knowledge, skills, and abilities they will need to solve complex problems
and prevail in conflict.
3. To align with policy changes for In-Residence Graduate Education
(IRGE) included in reference (a), selection for FY-22 SEA Plan opportunities
for unrestricted line officers will be conducted through administrative
boards to screen the top, fully qualified, due course officers for in-
residence graduate education and in-residence Joint Professional Military
Education opportunities.
4. Specific Program announcements will be delivered through MyNavy
Education, a web-based application. Sailors are strongly encouraged to log
into the system and update their profile and e-mail addresses in MyNavy
Education to receive alerts regarding program updates. For a list of
