EXPERIENCE FOREIGN CULTURES AND RECEIVE LANGUAGE TRAINING FOLLOWED BY TWO
YEARS OF GRADUATE STUDY AT A FOREIGN UNIVERSITY.
THIS UNIQUE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM SUPPORTS THE SECRETARY OF DEFENSE'S EMPHASIS
ON DEVELOPING LANGUAGE SKILLS AND REGIONAL AND CULTURAL KNOWLEDGE ACROSS THE
FORCE.
