RMKS/1.  It is an honor to announce the calendar year 2012 Arleigh Burke Fleet 
trophy award recipients for their superior performance and improvement in 
battle efficiency:
A. Atlantic Fleet: USS HARTFORD (SSN 768) 
B. Pacific Fleet: PATROL SQUADRON NINE (VP 9) 

2. Selection for this award is a reflection of the quality and tenacity of 
these commands. The performance of HARTFORD consistently and measurably 
improved in every warfare area and achieved on-time certification for one of 
COMSUBFOR's most challenging deployments. PATROL SQUADRON NINE achieved an 
impressive 167 percent gain in battle efficiency performance over that 
achieved in 2011.

dedication to duty and commitment to excellence.
