RMKS/1.  It is an honor to announce the winners of the Calendar Year 2016 
(CY16) Fleet Awards.

2.  The Arleigh Burke Fleet Trophy awards recipients for their superior 
performance and improvement in battle efficiency.
The CY16 winners are:
    a.  Pacific Fleet:  USS MISSISSIPPI (SSN 782)
    b.  Atlantic Fleet:  USS ANZIO (CG 68)

3.  The Marjorie Sterrett Battleship Fund Award is awarded to recipients for 
their superior performance in battle efficiency competition.  The CY16 
winners are:
    a.  Pacific Fleet:  USS CHEYENNE (SSN 773)
    b.  Atlantic Fleet:  USS ALASKA (SSBN 732)

4.  The USS ARIZONA Memorial Trophy is awarded biennially to a surface ship 
for superior performance in areas of strike warfare, surface fire support, 
and anti-surface warfare.  The winner of the USS ARIZONA Memorial Trophy for 
2015-2016 is USS CARNEY (DDG 64).

5.  Selection for these awards are a reflection of the dedication of these 
crews to excellence.  BZ to all award recipients!
