RMKS/1.  The Chief of Naval Operations is pleased to announce the Navy 
Intelligence Fellowship Program opportunity for 2020 -2021.  This is the 
inaugural year that the Navy Intelligence Fellowship will be hosted by the 
Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).  The 12-month program provides the Navy 
fellow an opportunity to work with the CIA Office of the Associate Director 
for Military Affairs (ADMA) which coordinates, plans, executes, and sustains 
worldwide activities that serve as the interface between the CIA and 
Department of Defense based on priorities established by the Director, CIA to 
achieve national security objectives.

2.  This program is open to 1810 and 1830 Captains and Commanders with the 
following qualifications:  Master's degree, post milestone or post command O5 
or any O6, and Joint Professional Military Education Phase I prior to being 
selected or on schedule to complete by the end of this program.  Sample 
application package, additional eligibility requirements, service obligation, 
and general utilization tour requirements are listed in reference (a), 
available on the Department of the Navy issuances website 
(https://www.secnav.navy.mil/doni/default.aspx).

3.  Applications are due 6 September 2019.  Send completed applications via 
encrypted e-mail to both the OPNAV point of contact and the candidates 
detailer.  If unable to send encrypted e-mail, utilize the Aviation and 
Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC) Safe Access 
File Exchange (SAFE) web application at https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/SAFE/.  
A hard copy application will not be accepted.
