RMKS/1.  The Chief of Naval Operations is pleased to announce the Office of 
the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Military Fellowship Program for 
2019-2020.  This 10-month fellowship starts in August 2019 and is located at 
ODNI in McLean, VA.  The fellowship will provide Information Warfare Officers 
(18X0) a unique opportunity to interact with leaders across the intelligence 
community and increase their understanding of policy development and decision 
making at the highest levels of government while integrating national 
security, governance, and information technology concerns.

2.  This program is open to 18X0 Captains and Commanders with the following 
qualifications:  Master's degree, post milestone or post command O5 or any 
O6, and Joint Professional Military Education Phase I prior to being selected 
or on schedule to complete by the end of this program.  Sample application 
package, additional eligibility requirements, service obligation, and general 
utilization tour requirements are listed in reference (a), available on the 
Department of the Navy issuances website (https://doni.daps.dla.mil).

3.  Applications are due 7 September 2018.  Send completed applications via 
encrypted e-mail to both the OPNAV point of contact and the candidate's 
detailer.  If unable to send encrypted e-mail, utilize the AMRDEC SAFE Web 
Application at https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/SAFE/.  A hard copy application 
will not be accepted.
