2.  PERFORM TO SERVE (PTS).  CHANGES TO THE CREO CATEGORY OF A
RATING, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PTS, BECOME EFFECTIVE 31 AUGUST 2005.
SAILORS IN RATINGS NEWLY REQUIRED TO APPLY TO PTS DUE TO A CREO
CATEGORY CHANGE FROM CREO 1 TO CREO 2 OR CREO 3, SHOULD BEGIN
SUBMITTING PTS APPLICATIONS IN JULY 2005.  COMMANDS ARE STRONGLY
ENCOURAGED TO HAVE COMMAND CAREER COUNSELORS SUBMIT PTS APPLICATIONS
VIA FLEET RIDE TO ENSURE AWARENESS OF ALL POTENTIAL CONVERSION
