THE NAVY COLLEGE CENTER WILL VALIDATE THE TRANSCRIPT AND ENTER
EDUCATION DATA INTO THE NAVY COLLEGE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
(NCMIS). NCMIS WILL UPDATE SAILOR/MARINE AMERICAN COUNCIL ON EDUCATION
REGISTRY TRANSCRIPT (SMART) AND WILL BE USED TO CALCULATE THE E-4
THROUGH E-6 FINAL MULTIPLE SCORE.
B. FOR RATINGS WITH MULTIPLE EXAMINATIONS, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT
ESOS ENSURE PROPER EXAMINATION IDENTIFICATION IS USED DURING
EXAMINATION ORDERING AND ANSWER SHEET VERIFICATION (I.E., NCR/NCC,
ATI/ATO, ETR/ETV/ETN, MME/MMN/MMW). INCORRECT EXAMINATION
IDENTIFICATION WILL CAUSE EXAMINATIONS TO BE INCORRECTLY GRADED
RESULTING IN ONE OF THE MOST COMMON EXAMINATION DISCREPANCIES.
