RMKS/1. This NAVADMIN announces the National Naval Officers Association (NNOA) 41st annual
professional development and training conference being held 16-18 July 2013 at the Sheraton Pentagon
City Hotel, Arlington, Virginia.
2. Participation for this conference has been approved on a limited scope. Navy will sponsor 130
service members by funding their registrations to the conference. All Navy-funded registrations will be
coordinated through the Navy Office of Diversity and Inclusion. To obtain a conference registration
reservation, contact LT Joseph Leavitt, at (703) 604-5076 or via email joseph.leavitt@navy.mil.
3. Commands shall not fund registrations. Commands are not authorized to expend travel funds,
including transportation, lodging and per diem for TAD travel. All other participation is at the service
member's expense.
