RMKS/1.  The Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy is pleased to announce 
the selection of STSCM Michael Micheli, stationed onboard USS INDIANA (SSN 
789), as the 2022-23 MCPON Delbert D. Black Leadership Award recipient.

2.  STSCM Micheli was selected from a field of outstanding finalists 
representing the finest first-tour Command Master Chiefs, Command Senior 
Chiefs, and Chiefs of the Boat in the Navy.  Congratulations to him and the 
other finalists.
