references (a) through (c). 
 
2.  Submission of requests for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 special and incentive 
pays may begin upon release of this NAVADMIN in line with reference (c) and 
specific FY25 medical department special pay guidance. 
 
3.  Specific special pay implementation guidance, administrative procedures, 
and Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery special pays point of contact 
information is available at https://www.med.navy.mil/Special-Pays/.  If not a 
member of Navy medicine, Common Access Card (CAC) users will need to register 
their CAC upon first access to the site.  All personnel eligible for medical 
department officer special pays are strongly encouraged to review their 
corps-specific guidance located at the aforementioned link.
