NAVY-WIDE SECURITY CAMPAIGN. BEGINNING AUGUST 2007, AND ON A MONTHLY
BASIS, CNO N09N2 WILL EMPHASIZE THE ADJUDICATIVE GUIDELINES UNDER
THE CONTINUOUS EVALUATION PROGRAM THAT CAN AFFECT AN INDIVIDUAL S
