THE AWARDS THIS QUARTER ARE IN THE CATEGORIES OF LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT, AND
GENERAL WORKPLACE EXCELLENCE.
2. 2011 TRAINING MAGAZINE TOP 125 LIST. WE ARE SEEKING YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM
BEST PRACTICES TO INCLUDE IN NAVY'S 2011 SUBMISSION. BOTH MATURE PROGRAMS
WHICH HAVE QUALITY METRICS AND RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI), AND PROGRAMS THAT
ARE INNOVATIVE IN NATURE BUT STILL DEVELOPING ROI ARE DESIRED. THESE TRAINING
PRACTICES CAN BE FOUND ON THE SMALLEST OF SHIPS AND THE LARGEST NAVAL BASES.

APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED FOR BOTH NEW AND PROVEN PRACTICES IN CATEGORIES OF
CAREER DEVELOPMENT, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION, INTEGRATED TALENT MANAGEMENT,
LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES, MANAGING CHANGE, ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING, PERFORMANCE
IMPROVEMENT, TECHNICAL TRAINING, TRAINING MANAGEMENT, AND WORKPLACE LEARNING
AND DEVELOPMENT. PRACTICES MAY RANGE FROM A SINGLE, NARROWLY FOCUSED ACTIVITY
TO A MULTIFACETED, MULTIDISCIPLINARY INITIATIVE, AS LONG AS THE RESULTS CAN BE
