RMKS/1. The Navy Foreign Materiel Program (NFMP) mission is to enhance
survivability, lethality, and force protection of the U.S. Navy through
analysis, testing, evaluation, and documentation of foreign materiel through
Scientific and Technical Intelligence. NFMP assesses capabilities and
vulnerabilities, and the evaluation of operational performance against U.S.
systems and countermeasures (Research, Development, Test and Evaluation).
2. To better serve our Navy community, NFMP is creating a Navy-wide
distribution list for NFMP communication with Navy stakeholders for formal
correspondence.
3. To be included on the NFMP distribution list, please provide your name,
Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) network and Joint Worldwide
Intelligence Communications Systems (JWICS) e-mail, and a brief justification
paragraph to OPNAV N2N6 NFMP Requirements Manager, SIPR: NIA-
x_nfmp@navy.smil.mil;
