COUNTERINTELLIGENCE AND HUMAN INTELLIGENCE AWARD RECIPIENTS.//
RMKS/1. This naval message announces the U.S. Navy recipients of the 2021
Department of Defense (DoD) Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence
(HUMINT) Enterprise Awards and the 2022 Ellis Award.
2. I would like to announce that U.S. Navy officers, enlisted, and civilians
were the recipients of the following prestigious awards:
a. Steven R. Norton Excellence in Collaboration and Engagement Award,
Assigned Command - Defense Intelligence Agency.
b. HUMINT Overt Collector Individual Award, Assigned Command -
Navy Expeditionary Intelligence Command.
c. HUMINT Mission Support Team Award, Assigned Command -
Office of Naval Intelligence.
d. CI Operations Award Individual Award, Assigned Command -
Navy Expeditionary Intelligence Command.
e. Brigadier General Richard T. Ellis Award for Excellence in HUMINT
Collaboration, Assigned Command - J2 Joint Staff Intelligence.
3. These awards demonstrate the growth and professionalism of the U.S. Navy
CI and HUMINT Community and are the result of the hard work and dedication
these our personnel put forth each day. I congratulate this years winners
and commend those U.S. Navy personnel and teams that were nominated.
4. The DoD CI and HUMINT Enterprise Awards Ceremony will be conducted
virtually on 23 September 2022 from 1030-1200. Further details and a link to
the ceremony will be disseminated via email directly to the recipients.
