RMKS/1.  The Navy Public Affairs Awards (NPAA) program recognizes outstanding 
achievement in communication efforts that advance Department of the Navy 
objectives. 
 
2.  SUBMISSION PROCEDURES: Reference (a) is the guiding program instruction 
and reference (b) is the standard operating procedure for submissions. They 
can be found at the links above or on the CHINFO Chart Room under the PA 
Policy section (click on CHINFO Instructions). Entries will be accepted from 
0001 on 1 December 2024 to 2359 on 1 February 2025.  The SOP specifies 
whether categories are submitted via DVIDS or via e-mail. 
 
3.  CATEGORIES:  Content Award (Individual and Team), Annual Excellence, and 
Campaign: 
    a.  Content Awards (Individual):
