RMKS/1. Due to significant weather events in Texas and Florida over the last 
month, the due date for all FEF, Hudson, and SDEF applications has been 
extended to 29 September 2017 in order to include the maximum number of 
applications. This extension has been coordinated with NAVPERSCOM.

2. Interested officers should submit applications for all programs via email 
to the NAVPERSCOM and OPNAV POCs listed at the end of this NAVADMIN. Prior to 
submission, ensure the electronic copies are clear, legible, and properly 
endorsed.

3. All supplemental information to the board (e.g. Letters of Recommendation) 
must be received NLT 10 November 2017. The selection board will convene in 
mid-November 2017 and results will be announced via NAVADMIN in December 
2017.
