RMKS/1. This is an update to NAVADMIN 250/13. The time has been changed from 
1300 to 1500. In commemoration of the Navy's 238th birthday, the Chief of 
Naval Operations (CNO) and Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) 
will hold a worldwide all hands call on 8 October 2013 at 1500 EST. The call 
will be televised on Direct-to-Sailor and live online at 
http://navylive.dodlive.mil.
2. To participate in the conversation, submit your questions for 
consideration via the chat function at http://navylive.dodlive.mil starting 7 
October 2013 for CNO and MCPON to answer. Personnel submitting questions 
should include their name, rank/rate, and command.
Commands unable to view the live event can watch the recording 24 hours after 
the All Hands Call at Navy You Tube (http://www.youtube.com/user/usnavy),
Navy.mil and Navy Live on (http:/navylive.dodlive.mil).
3. October is the month of our Navy's birth and as such it is an appropriate 
time to reflect on the integral role we play in accomplishing the Navy's 
warfighting mission.
