RMKS/1.  The FY-15 Selection Boards to recommend Navy officers on the active-
duty list serving in the permanent grades of captain and rear admiral (lower 
half) line/staff corps for promotion to the permanent grades of rear admiral 
(lower half) and rear admiral will be convened as follows:

      18 Nov 13 - Unrestricted Line, Aerospace Engineering Duty, 
                  Engineering Duty Officer, Foreign Area Officer, 
                  Information Warfare, Oceanography, and Information   
                  Professional Rear Admiral (Lower Half)
       5 Dec 13 - Unrestricted Line, Aerospace Engineering Duty, and
