RMKS/1.  This NAVADMIN announces a change in convening dates for the FY-15 selection boards to 
recommend Navy officers on the active-duty list serving in the permanent grades of Captain in the staff 
corps for promotion to the permanent grades of rear admiral (lower half).  The boards will be convened 
as follows:  

      6 Nov 13 - Chaplain Corps Rear Admiral (lower half)
      7 Nov 13 - Supply Corps and Medical Corps Rear Admiral (lower half)
 
2. The eligibility zones announced in NAVADMIN 257/13 for the three boards mentioned above remain 
the same.
