RMKS/1. The Navy Public Affairs Awards (NPAA) program recognizes outstanding
achievement in communication efforts that advance Department of the Navy
objectives.
2. SUBMISSION PROCEDURES: Reference (a) is the guiding program instruction
and reference (b) is the standard operating procedure for submissions. They
can be found at the links above or on the CHINFO Portal under the resources
section (click on PA & VI awards). Entries will be accepted from 0001 on 1
December 2023 to 2359 on 1 February 2024. The SOP specifies whether
categories are submitted via DVIDS or the CHINFO Portal in the ACTION Field.
3. CHINFO PORTAL: Access to the CHINFO Portal is restricted to Navy PA/VI
professionals only. Non PA/VI professionals should contact the program
administrator or coordinators for submission assistance.
4. CATEGORIES: Content Award (Individual and Team), 'Of the Year', and
Campaign:
