2. NPS DL programs are part-time programs (usually 12 to 24-months) for
military officers, Department of Defense (DoD) civilians and a small number
of DoD contractor personnel.
    a. DL masters degree programs consist of one or two classes per quarter

year service obligation upon completion/withdrawal.
    b. The EMBA is a 24-month, part-time, online graduate program focused on
financial resource management. The program is fully funded for active-duty
lieutenant commanders (select) and above (lieutenant by waiver). EMBA awards
the 3100P subspecialty code.
    c. DL graduate certificates consist of a series of four graduate-level
courses delivered over 4 quarters designed to provide enhanced knowledge and
skills in specific subject areas. Graduate certificates are available to
officers and qualified enlisted personnel. Enrollment in an NPS certificate
program incurs a 1-year service obligation upon completion/withdrawal.

https://www.nps.edu/web/admissions/apply1. Applicants who do not fall under
