EXPANDED TO INCLUDE ALL FIRST-TERM SAILORS.
2.  BEGINNING WITH THOSE SAILORS HAVING AN EXPIRATION OF ACTIVE
OBLIGATED SERVICE IN FEBRUARY 2006 OR BEYOND, ALL FIRST-TERM
SAILORS, WHO ARE RECOMMENDED FOR RETENTION, ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A
PERFORM TO SERVE APPLICATION SUBMITTED, REGARDLESS OF THEIR
RE-ENLISTMENT INTENTIONS.  PERSONNEL ALREADY UNDER PERMANENT CHANGE
OF STATION ORDERS, WITH AN APPROVED CONVERSION PACKAGE, OR WITH AN
APPROVED SELECTIVE REENLISTMENT BONUS PRE-CERTIFICATION, EFFECTIVE
THE DATE OF THIS NAVADMIN, ARE NOT AFFECTED.

ENLISTED COMMUNITY MANAGER'S HISTORICAL PERFORM TO SERVE QUOTA FILE.
THIS TOOL LISTS THE 5 MOST RECENT MONTHS OF DATA FOR EACH RATING,
INDICATING THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PERFORM TO SERVE APPLICATIONS
SUBMITTED, NUMBER OF IN-RATE REENLISTMENTS AUTHORIZED, NUMBER OF
PERSONNEL AUTHORIZED TO CONVERT OUT OF THE RATING, AND THE NUMBER OF
PERSONNEL ALLOWED TO CONVERT INTO THE RATING.  ADDITIONALLY, THE
SITE ALSO LISTS THE NUMBER OF CONVERSION QUOTAS AVAILABLE FOR EACH
RATING FOR THE UPCOMING MONTH.  THIS INFORMATION WILL ASSIST SAILORS
IN DEVELOPING INFORMED CAREER DECISIONS.
4.  CAREER REENLISTMENT OBJECTIVE GROUP ONE SHOULD NOT EXPECT

ARE ONLY AUTHORIZED TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS FOR REENLISTMENT-IN-RATE.
ADDITIONALLY, NUCLEAR-TRAINED PERSONNEL MAY SUBMIT A PERFORM TO
SERVE APPLICATION OUTSIDE OF THE NORMAL 12-15 MONTHS PRIOR TO
EXPIRATION OF ACTIVE OBLIGATED SERVICE PERFORM TO SERVE APPLICATION
WINDOW, CONSISTENT WITH SELECTIVE TRAINING AND REENLISTMENT AND
SELECTIVE REENLISTMENT BONUS PROGRAM POLICIES.
5.  ALL OTHER PERFORM TO SERVE PROGRAM PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS
WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT.
6.  PERFORM TO SERVE NOTIFICATIONS.  MONTHLY PERFORM TO SERVE
RESULTS WILL BE SENT VIA MESSAGE DURING THE SECOND WEEK OF EACH
