RMKS/1.  This NAVADMIN announces Senate confirmation of officer nominations 
for promotion to the grade of Active-Duty Lieutenant Commander Line and Staff 
Corps in the U.S. Navy on 25 September 2013.

2.  Frocking of officers is not authorized without specific approval from the 
Chief of Naval Personnel.  Individual requests for frocking of officers 
should be submitted per SECNAVINST 1420.2A.
