IAW Ref A, The Navy annually recognizes shore, sea, and overseas commands for outstanding environmental stewardship cooperative efforts with their local communities by presenting awards in six categories: USS Bainbridge (CGN 25) Award for Overall Excellence; Personal Excellence Partnership Flagship; Health, Safety, and Fitness Flagship; Campaign Drug Free Flagship; Project Good Neighbor Flagship; and Environmental Stewardship Flagship. 2. As the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Fleet Readiness and Logistics (N4) and sponsor of the Environmental Stewardship Flagship Awards, I salute commands engaged in exemplary voluntary community service activities that promote education and good stewardship of environmental resources and display the Navy's commitment to the local community. 3.
