2.  ALLIANCE FOR WORK-LIFE PROGRESS'S WORK-LIFE INNOVATIVE EXCELLENCE AWARD.  
THIS AWARD IS OPEN TO ALL NAVY ORGANIZATIONS.  WINNING ORGANIZATIONS WILL HAVE 
INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS AT LEAST ONE YEAR OLD THAT DEMONSTRATE EXCELLENCE IN 
ENHANCING AND PROMOTING WORK-LIFE EFFECTIVENESS WHILE ACHIEVING ORGANIZATIONAL 
GOALS.  THERE IS NO COST FOR YOUR SUBMISSION.  THE APPLICATION ADDRESSES THE 
PROGRAM'S EFFECTIVENESS, QUALITY ENHANCEMENT AND, RESPONSIVENESS TO NEED.
