PHASE TWO ARE POSTED ON BUPERS ONLINE (BOL) FOR CO/XO/CMC ACCESS ONLY. MEMBERS
SELECTED FOR SEPARATION ARE TO BE NOTIFIED BY THEIR COMMANDING
OFFICER/OFFICER-IN-CHARGE WITHIN SEVEN CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE-TIME-GROUP
OF THIS MESSAGE. COMMANDING OFFICERS WILL COUNSEL THOSE MEMBERS NOT SELECTED
FOR RETENTION ON ACTIVE DUTY IAW REFS A AND B. AFTER SEVEN CALENDAR DAYS, A
NAVADMIN WILL BE RELEASED ANNOUNCING THAT BOARD RESULTS WILL BE POSTED FOR
INDIVIDUAL ACCESS BY ERB ELIGIBLE SAILORS THROUGH BOL ACCOUNTS.

REPRESENTATIVE ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THEY HAVE NOTIFIED
EACH SAILOR NOT SELECTED FOR RETENTION TO THE NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND CUSTOMER

PARENT COMMAND ASSIGNED.
4. ADDITIONAL ATTENTION IS REQUIRED TO ENSURE SAILORS AFFECTED BY THE ERB
WHILE ASSIGNED TO NON-TRADITIONAL UNITS OR IN-TRANSIT BETWEEN COMMANDS RECEIVE
TIMELY NOTIFICATION AND COUNSELING. SPECIFIC GUIDANCE APPLIES:
A. IA/GSA: COMMANDERS WITH AFFECTED SAILORS WHO ARE ASSIGNED TO AN IA OR
GSA WILL COORDINATE WITH USFF TO CONTACT THE SEPARATING SAILOR AND THE
AUGMENTED COMMAND AS PART OF THE NOTIFICATION PROCESS TO ENSURE THEIR SAILOR
RECEIVES APPROPRIATE SUPPORT AND COUNSELING.
