Officers will have 30 days from 1 October 2013 to submit requests for FY-14 special pays as per this NAVADMIN and ref (f). 3. Medical Corps (MC) and Dental Corps (DC) Multi-year Special Pay (MSP) and Incentive Special Pay (ISP) requests must be routed through the privileging authority for endorsement. Waivers for MC and DC MSP, ISP, and Dental Officer Multi-year Retention Bonus (DODMRB), where applicable, must be endorsed by the respective corps chief and approved by BUMED (M1). 4.
