RMKS/1. This NAVADMIN establishes the authority granted in refs (a) through (f) and provides
continuation of refs (g) through (l) for FY-14. For FY-14, refs (a) through (l) remain unchanged.
2. Officers will have 30 days from 1 October 2013 to submit requests for FY-14 special pays as per this
NAVADMIN and ref (f).
3. Medical Corps (MC) and Dental Corps (DC) Multi-year Special Pay
(MSP) and Incentive Special Pay (ISP) requests must be routed through the privileging authority for
endorsement. Waivers for MC and DC MSP, ISP, and Dental Officer Multi-year Retention Bonus
(DODMRB), where applicable, must be endorsed by the respective corps chief and approved by BUMED
